We have committed to adhering to the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards published by the Home Builders Association of Illinois. The Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards is a book that will be given to each home owner that signs a custom home or large remodeling project with us. These standards provide for you the homeowner a measurable set of industry approved standards that can be used to gauge the quality of your project. The standards give the homeowner and Jack Construction a set of quality expectations that we can use to communicate with each other regarding our performance when building your project. These standards address the majority of questions that can arise between us as your builder during and after a building project. The Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards covers all aspects of home building and remodeling and answers questions about what level of quality and performance to expect in areas like concrete cracking, squeaking floors, nail pops in the drywall finishing, roofing leaks, etc. Our company is committed to building for you using the highest standards of quality and excellence.
